Item description: * See scan - absolutely perfect condition. This is a nice 1950ies British made massive gold watch fob jewel or just a pendant with a great agate or cornelian / carnelian deep relief intaglio gemma depicting a Roman soldier's head with helmet. The pendant can be used also as a wax seal. The piece measures 18mm x 15mm x 20mm tall and weighs approximately 7.3 grams. There are several British gold marks for 8 or 9 karat gold and the piece is finely crafted in a very antique baroque or Georgian like style. Nice antique jewelry / jewellery collector piece and one of the nice and rare gold wax seal pendants with Roman style intaglio gemmas.
